We are a commercial development and property management company, established in 1975 by Greg A. Hemstreet. Our company has successfully cultivated a diverse portfolio throughout the western states of Oregon, Washington, California, Montana, Nevada and Idaho, as well as Alabama and Georgia. These include residential sub-divisions, assisted living centers, hotel and motel properties, condominiums and duplexes, apartment homes, self-storage facilities, class “A” office buildings and retail shopping centers.

We are involved in all aspects of development, from site acquisition, planning and design, entitlements, financing, leasing, as well as construction.
