These include residential sub-divisions, senior living communities, hotel and motel properties, condominiums and duplexes, apartment homes, self-storage facilities, class “A” office buildings and retail shopping centers.

We are involved in all aspects of development, from site acquisition, planning and design, entitlements, financing, and leasing.
