Hemstreet Development Corporation is a commercial development and property management company, established in 1975 by Greg A. Hemstreet. Our company has successfully designed, constructed, and managed a diverse portfolio of properties throughout the western states, including Oregon, Washington, California, Montana, Nevada, and Idaho, as well as in Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina. These include residential sub-divisions at many price levels, assisted senior living facilities, hotel and motel properties (both non-franchised and franchised), condominiums, apartment homes, self-storage facilities, class “A” office buildings, and retail shopping centers.

We are involved in all aspects of development, from site acquisition, planning and design, entitlements, financing, leasing, as well as construction and full property management. Once our construction team has completed the project, it is then turned over to our Property Management Division to be kept in our own portfolio. We take pride in the fact that all of our properties are continually reviewed for any repairs, maintenance, or remodel needed to maintain their value in the marketplace.
