Hemstreet Development Corporation develops several residential subdivisions each year. We are constantly seeking new growth areas in which to develop high quality residential sub-divisions that are well located both for builders and homebuyers. Our experienced development team does all the necessary research, zoning, platting, permitting, and all land use entitlements. We supervise the site development work, and deliver the home site to the builders ready to be sold to the homeowner. We then market our subdivisions to today’s high demand market.

Most of our subdivisions are located in suburban areas in close proximity to major cities, such as Boise-Idaho, Portland-Oregon, and Vancouver and Tacoma-Washington. Our typical lot sizes range from 5,000 to over 20,000 square feet, and to date we have developed, marketed, and sold more than 5,000 lots.
