We
own and operate several mid-priced motel properties in Oregon,
Washington, Montana, Nevada, Alabama and Georgia. These
properties are strategically located in high-traffic arterials
serving major population areas.
We also own and operate resort properties in two of Oregon's
most popular year round destinations, the Mount Hood ski
area and the Oregon coast. In addition to our resort properties,
we also own and operate several other motels, inns, and
hotels throughout the United States. Properties range in
size and amenities, offering river settings and other spectacular
views, restaurants, pools, hot tubs, in-room spas, fireplaces,
continental breakfasts, conference and meeting facilities,
and airport transportation. All of this is backed by out
courteous and well-trained professional management team,
