Hemstreet Development Corporation is a commercial development and property management company in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Established in 1975 our company has successfully designed, constructed, and managed a diverse portfolio of properties in Oregon, Washington, California, Montana, Nevada, and Idaho, as well as in Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina. These include residential sub-divisions at many price levels, assisted senior living communities, hotel and resort properties (both non-franchised and franchised), condominiums, apartment homes, self-storage facilities, class “A” office buildings, and retail shopping centers.

We are involved in all aspects of development, from site acquisition, planning and design, entitlements, financing, and leasing, and full-service property management. Once our team has completed the project, it is then turned over to our Property Management Division to be kept in our own portfolio. We take pride in the fact that all our properties are continually reviewed for any repairs, maintenance, or remodel needs to maintain their value in the marketplace.
